First Grade Parent Musicians Needed: Calling all Bryant family musicians! If you play a musical instrument (piano, drums, guitar, bass, etc.) and would like to play a song or two with us at our 1st and/or 2nd grade "Spring Sing" concerts, we would really appreciate it! During the performances I am needed up in front of the group and it can be very difficult for me to accompany the students and direct at the same time. So, that's where you come in! Don't worry if you cannot read music´┐Żwe are not looking for professionals! Most of our songs are in familiar forms and have simple bass lines, and I would give you music, recordings, or whatever else you needed. Please contact me if you're interested and we can talk more about it. I currently have parents who have volunteered to play piano for the 2nd grade concert, but am still looking for a 1st grade parent/family member who would like to accompany us on the piano for the 1st grade concert on Thursday, May 21. I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about the many talents of our Bryant parents and families! - Mrs. Kelly Krohn, Vocal Music Teacher:
