Pizza and Drinks

Pizza and drinks will be available for purchase at the event. Families can also reserve whole pizzas ahead of time. 

Raffle and Raffle Tickets

Families can purchase tickets for raffle prizes at the event or ahead of time. There are dozens of raffle prizes to choose from. Examples from previous years include an inflatable pool, breakfast with the principals, Lego/Roblox sets, and gift cards. The more you enter, the more you're helping support our schools. 

Pre-sale tickets are now available for purchase online! 

Pre-sale raffle tickets can also be purchased in-person at the following upcoming events:

• Lunch With a Loved One at Bryant (April 16, 10:45am-1pm) and Pattengill (April 28, 10:45am-1pm)

• 5th Grade Concert at Pattengill (May 4, 5:45pm)

Optional Entrance Fee - $10

Families can pay the suggested $10 entrance fee the day of the event or ahead of time and are welcome to add an extra donation to the PTO to help offset costs of the event, keeping it accessible for everyone.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Ice Cream Social is powered by volunteers who help all along the way from planning and preparation to day-of event staffing for check-in, games, raffle selection, and more. To volunteer, please fill out this Google form. Please make sure you also click the link at the bottom of that form, to go to the Sign-Up Genius page to select which volunteer shift you would like. Donations and Sponsorships

Families and businesses are able to help contribute to the Ice Cream Social in the following ways in addition to purchasing raffle tickets and the suggested entrance fee. After covering the expenses of the event itself, all proceeds from donations, sales of food and raffle tickets, and sponsorships go to the PTO fund to support our students and the schools. 

Donate a Raffle Item

Consider donating an item for the raffle or asking your employer to donate an item. High-interest items include cash donations or iPads. To donate a raffle item, contact icecream@bryantpattengill.org.
